North & East Yorkshire and North Linconhshire SHA have initiated 4 Action Learning Sets within the Scarborough Community the first meeting was held on Friday 28th January, these sets have been built into a pilot improvement skills programme, participation of staff in sets is of course voluntary.

The programme has been accredited by Hull University and good initial feedback has been received.

A workshop held on 24th January led by Mike Pedler was well attended and was followed by numerous requests to develop further action learning sets.
