Hi
Anyone willing to share the going rate for a GPwSI (either hourly or sessional)
GPs working as clinical assistants only get around £100 per session so would a consultant sessional rate of circa £175 be about right?
Trying to accurately cost new services with no agreed standard rates is not easy!
cheers

You will need athics approval as it is not an audit but a research study in my opinion.
Audit is when you have s standard and you aer comparing actual performance against the standard, or against last years performance.
Many people get confused about audit, I suggest you contact your local audit unit or R & D committee for advice.
